Mr. Gomez received his Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Chemistry from Columbia College, Columbia University and spent several years thereafter in the development and executive management of several businesses.

Mr. Gomez is a graduate of Western State University College of Law and practices primarily in the areas of Personal Injury, Civil Rights, Employment, Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, Premises liability, Products Liability and Business litigation.

Mr. Gomez, is married; he and his wife Jacqueline have three sons, Augustine, Anthony and Alexander.

Mr. Gomez is a member of the Mexican American Bar Association of Los Angeles, The Los Angeles County Bar Association, The Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County and The Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Mr. Gomez was on the Board of the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association serving as Treasurer in 2003-2004.

Mr. Gomez is second and third generation Mexican-American and speaks fluent Spanish.
